Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 2026
Endevee is a place to share work in progress — games, software, quilts, crochet, and everything in between — and to get encouragement from people who want to see you finish. These guidelines exist to keep it a place worth visiting. They apply to every project, devlog/makelog entry, comment, media upload, and profile on the site.
Not allowed, ever
- Sexually explicit content. No pornography, or content whose primary purpose is sexual gratification. This includes explicit imagery, text, and links to such material hosted elsewhere.
- Content sexualizing minors. Zero tolerance, no exceptions, regardless of medium (art, fiction, AI-generated, etc.). This includes projects that depict or promote such content even fictionally.
- Graphic violence or gore posted for shock value, and content that glorifies or promotes real-world violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
- Hate speech and harassment. Attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar — including in a project's theme, name, or assets, not just direct comments at other users.
- Illegal content of any kind, including content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark without permission.
- Malware, scams, and phishing — including devlog links that lead to malicious downloads or credential-harvesting pages.
- Doxxing — sharing someone's private information (address, phone number, non-public legal name, etc.) without their consent.
- Spam — projects or comments that exist purely to promote unrelated products, services, or links.
Use good judgment
Mature themes aren't automatically off-limits — a horror game's atmosphere, a dark narrative, or a piece exploring a heavy subject is fine. The line is content whose purpose is explicit sexual material, gratuitous shock violence, or targeting real people or groups. If you're unsure whether something crosses a line, it's a good sign to reconsider or reach out before posting.
Enforcement
Content that violates these guidelines may be removed without notice, and accounts that repeatedly or severely violate them may be suspended or deleted. Endevee's admins make these calls at their discretion — we'd rather act quickly to keep the site safe than debate edge cases publicly.
Reporting something
If you come across a project, comment, or profile that you believe violates these guidelines, email abuse@endevee.com with a link to the content and a brief description of the issue.
