Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Endevee (the "Service"), operated by [your business/legal entity name] ("Endevee", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Endevee
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you post — project details, devlog/makelog entries, images, comments, and anything else you upload ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Endevee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service (for example, showing your project on your public profile and in category discover pages).
You're solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to post it. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
3. Acceptable use
Using the Service means agreeing to Endevee's Community Guidelines, which describe prohibited content in detail (sexually explicit content, content sexualizing minors, hate speech, graphic violence, malware, doxxing, spam, and more). We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.
4. Content moderation and removal
We don't pre-screen content, but we may review, remove, or restrict access to any content at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We're not obligated to keep a copy of removed content.
5. Intellectual property complaints
If you believe content on Endevee infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact legal@endevee.com with (a) a description of the work you claim is infringed, (b) a link to the infringing content, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We'll review and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@endevee.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
7. The Service is provided "as is"
Endevee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content you post will be preserved indefinitely.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endevee and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of [$100 / amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, if applicable].
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Add dispute resolution / arbitration clause here if you want one.]
